First Anniversary!

Javier started the road trip in the passenger seat!

Well, we made it our first year!! And celebrated taking a road trip to San Diego! We were able to go the San Diego Temple and do a session and eat dinner there too. Prime Rib and California chicken was yummy! The next day we slept in a bit then headed to downtown to go on the trolley ride and see the Midway. After the trolley ride was over we stopped at the Mormon Battlion. It was a great trip! We also go to go to the outlet stores and be close to Mexico. It was a quick fun trip and we were happy to spend it with each other. We can't believe it's been a year since we said "I do!" Many more happy years to come!

August 2, 2013- For Time and All Eternity

Javier and Michelle were sealed for Time and All Eternity on August 2, 2013 in the Mesa, Arizona Temple!  It was a great evening!  Our cousin Tim Hall was our sealer and he was amazing.  I think it's awesome that he knew us and we knew him so it made it so much more personal.  You could totally feel the spirit and I know Grandpa and Grandma Hall were there watching also!  We had so many friends and family support us and the room was packed.  We want to thank everyone who came and supported us and thought about us all day!  We're so grateful that we had this opportunity and that we got to go earlier than expected. It was perfect!

Javier is amazing!

On July 13, 2013, Javier went to the temple for his very first time to receive his endowments.  It was so amazing to see him go through.  I was so proud!  He had so many friends and family there to support him.  I'm so proud of him for all that he has done this past year to get here.  Next step...our sealing!  We got official word we can do it any time!  As soon as the temple reopens we're headed to get married...again!  I can't wait to be his forever! 

Thanks to my friend Allyson for getting up early this day to get some pictures for us!  We appreciate it!

Just an update

Well, it's the month of June and summer is here!  We have sold our house, living with the Garcia's, building a house in Queen Creek, Javi started a new job, and just keeping busy! 

Oh, and in 12 days we've been together for a year!  Yay!!!

Javier loves to take pictures with our phones. Thankfully he does, or we wouldn't have many pictures.  These are just a few favorites from the day we met and hung out until today.  It's only been like 7 months but we have already changed, it's crazy to see.  I think we're cute together!

Honeymoon!

Our honeymoon was fun! We stayed at the Sheraton at Wild Horse Pass (thanks to Allyson and Kyle) and it was the best room we have ever been in!  Then we woke up and caught a plane and went to Las Vegas for a few days.  We stayed at the Stratosphere and did a lot of walking, eating, laughing, and just enjoying a vacation.  We took the Gondola ride and did the Tournament of Kings dinner at Excalibur.  We did a lot and saw a lot!  We then took another plane to Kentucky to spend time with some of Javier's family.  We did shopping, hiking, eating and sleeping!  We had a great time and it was hard coming back to reality!

We decided that the first year of our married life we would just have fun!  We've done so many fun things already and I'm glad we decided to do that.  We've hung out with family, gone up north, bowling, movies, dinner, a Suns game...and many other things.  Here are some of them!
